Train movements, build muscle
Training programs for individuals, groups, athletic teams, business owners and their employees.

A physical assessment is completed on each person before any program is started to find what weakness may need addressed. All training consist of a dynamic warm-up, followed by the main workout and finishes with a static stretching cool down. Abdominals are worked throughout the session and most movment patterns are ground-based and done standing up with resistance of some type.

The name posterior chain refers to a group of muscles that include the calfs, hamstrings, glutes, lower back, all the abdominal wall area and the lumbar erector spinae. Weakness in this chain produce anterior tilt of the pelvis and an accented lordic curve of the back-"round belly and flat butt"- that can effect knee and hip function. The solution is to add PC exercise to your training; deadlifts, lunges, good-morinings, all types of ab and back work, and glute -ham development. These area's are what we focus on the most. Strength here will aid in any functional movment you do.
