THE POSTERIOR CHAIN FITNESS CHALLENGE IS COMING! START TRAINING  NOW!


All group classes (limit 4 people per class) are $250.00 for 6 weeks, paid in advance or $25.00 per class (refund's after the first class only!) meeting twice a week, 35-40 minutes per session.

 

Personal Training AS OF JANUARY 1, 2007, RATES WILL INCREASE DUE TO RENT INCREASE. ANY SIGN UPS BEFORE JAN.1 will be honored at the old rates for up to six months.  One-on-one is $35.00 for 40 minutes per session for 3 sessions a week and $40.00 (35-40 minutes)  for 2 sessions a week, prepaid for 1 month . 

A 3 month prepaid session is $30.00 for 3 sessions a week, for 2 sessions per week it's $35.00 per session.

For six month to one year, pre-paid, it would be $25.00 for three sessions and 30 for 2 sessions per week ( a huge savings ).

 

Single, one hour sessions are $50.00 per session. This is serious training that works any weakness or imbalance you may have  and has specific goals in mind.

Buy a Block of Time 

Buying a block of time is a new and exciting way to train with friends, family or work partners.

You, a Group, or a business buys an hour of time that can be used by up to 3- 4 people at a time, with instruction included. Some days maybe only 1 or two people may train, other times all 4. Bear in mind these are structured programs of strength and conditioning and will be arranged as such. More information will be available at sign-up. The cost is $60.00 per hour (which could be divided into 2-30 minute segments to fit different schedules. Long term discounts apply.). Great price but space is limited!

 

Athletic Weight Training 

GOAL  Train movement patterns to maximize field and court performance, from both an individual and team level.

Form and posture alignment perfected.

Stabilization in a de-stabilized training environment.

Development of Speed, Power, and Strength.

Emphasis on proper ankle, knee and leg strength to avoid injury.

COST

Individual for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week, $450.00 (40 minutes).

Individual for 6 weeks, 2 sessions per week, $350.00 (40 minutes).

For group rate subtract 10% for one extra person, and another 5% off extra for up to 4 individuals.

Other Training Programs

There are an endless number of training programs and cycles that can be used or customized to fit any specific training response desired. This includes performance enhanchment for endurance runners, cycling, rowing, powerlifiting, and others.

 

Programs for Seniors and those over (or close to) 50 share the same training...just scaled to fit the individual's fitness level.

This is the time when strength training can produce great results and more muscle mass, stronger bones and improve movement oriented functions. Don't wait! Getting started is sometimes hard but NOT DOING ANTHING is far worse.
